Dr Wagstaff consults from Monday through to Thursday every week. Often we are asked how long are the appointments, and the answer always is ‘as long as it takes’. We do our best to be on time, but occasionally if a person needs more time, this may not be the case and we ask you to have patience.

If an examination of your larynx is needed this will be done with a fibre-optic endoscope.  This procedure only needs a local anaesthetic spray and will be explained to you at the time of the consultation.  You will have the ability to view this examination on a screen, to enhance clinical understanding.

The clinic has the privilege of working with two highly qualified  Audiologists who are currently present 2 days a week.   As such, when you call to make an appointment our administrative staff may ask you some questions so we can book all the necessary investigations at the same time saving you multiple appointments.

It is now possible to have a complete Cochlear Implant assessment performed by our Audiological team.  This requires a longer appointment and is likely to be known by your current audiologist beforehand and also require some follow up radiological appointments.  We will provide advice on this at your initial consultation.

Both Dr Wagstaff and the High Fidelity team are able to support a wax cleaning service.
